SAC Health, a faith-based teaching health center, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its newly updated clinic on Thursday, September 7 in Barstow, California
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — AUGUST 28, 2023— SAC Health, a health center that serves Medi-Cal and Medicare patients, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its newly renovated Barstow clinic located at 801 E. Mountain View Avenue on Thursday, September 7 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The clinic has been open since early 2022, providing basic health care services to the community. The much-needed facility renovation will provide a more welcoming environment for SAC Health patients.
The SAC Health Barstow clinic provides services in the following specialties: primary care or family medicine, pediatrics, and internal medicine. SAC Health’s partnership with other health care providers will bring the much-needed expertise of physicians from other regional medical centers such as Loma Linda University Health to the area. Early this year, SAC Health announced the purchase of a 280,000 square feet facility in San Bernardino that will be home to the future SAC Health - Brier Campus that is estimated to open in 2025. SAC Health has opened or announced the opening of a new clinic every year for the last three years.
