For everyday illness and minor injury. No appointment, no wait for a callback. Just come in.
ONGOING
Primary Care
For check-ups, chronic conditions, and care that follows you over time.
EMERGENCY
911 or Nearest ER
Chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, or other life-threatening symptoms.
Call 911 or go straight to the ER.

Cost & Insurance Accepted:
As a community health center, no one is turned away for inability to pay. A sliding-fee scale is available based on household size and income.
