SAN BERNARDINO, CA., JULY 08, 2026 — SAC Health, a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southern California, has been named the San Francisco Winner in the 2026 People Success Awards hosted by Lattice, a workforce management and employee success platform.
The annual People Success Awards, presented at Lattiverse in San Francisco, California, celebrated innovative organizations and human resource teams that redefine exceptional people leadership, strengthening organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and empowering teams to do their best work.
SAC Health was selected as a regional winner for its successful approach to scaling people development across a rapidly growing and complex healthcare workforce. They were recognized alongside other notable global organizations, including PitchBook, Interbrand, and inDrive, which were also honored for their exceptional achievements in people leadership and workplace culture.
Facing rapid organizational growth, SAC Health partnered with Lattice to scale its people operations and build a modern, sustainable foundation for its healthcare workforce. These efforts generated extraordinary workforce participation, including: 70% engagement survey participation; turning standard performance reviews into open, collaborative conversations based on employee feedback; and implementing Lattice Grow and Lattice Goals to create transparent career development paths.
