Monday - Friday: 7:45 am – 4:45 pm

Closed for lunch from:12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

Health, Behavior, and Wellness Center:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
(last appointment is 4:00pm)
Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm

We accept IEHP, Medi-Cal, and Medicare. Sliding fee discount for patients who qualify.
