If you are not able to find what you are looking for online and need help (for example – with same day appointments or for other services such as dental care or the Community Resource Center) call SAC Health at 909-382-7100 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 6:50pm
Kaiser Permanente members can also visit kp.org or call 1-833-KP4CARE (1-833-574-2273) (TTY 711) for appointments at a KP facility or for medical advice.
