Schedule – Monday- Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements for Success in Your Role:
The LVN Clinic Manager position performs supervision of quality of care given within the clinic setting. The position is responsible for maintaining the quality and adequacy of patient care; for coordinating training programs; for recognizing and assisting in solving professional administrative and supervisory problems in an assigned area. Effectively maintains operations by coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. Provides supervision for the Women’s Health Department, LVN Supervisors, LVN’s and MA staff. Provides coaching, mentoring, training for new and existing staff members. Oversees the call center to ensure timely follow up. Assists with clinical audits as required by federal, state, local laws and FQHC programs.
Must perform as a team player. Able to make difficult, strong decisions without outside influence.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of LVN experience required. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role required. Experience in an Ambulatory Care facility as an LVN preferred. As a requirement of this position you must receive EPIC certification for the module you have been hired into.
