Appointments are required to receive a vaccine. You may only schedule a first dose appointment. Second dose appointments can only be made by staff at your first dose and will be cancelled if scheduled online. Please check back often as more appointments are added during weekday business hours. We cannot accept walk-ins due to limited vaccine supplies.
SAC Health System is working with San Bernardino County and Riverside County in following a phased approach to provide the COVID-19 vaccine to our community.
By scheduling an appointment, you certify that you meet current eligibility requirements –
- View San Bernardino County Vaccine Guidelines: https://sbcovid19.com/vaccine/
- View Riverside County Vaccine Guidelines: https://www.rivcoph.org/COVID-19-Vaccine
Upon arrival for your vaccine appointment, you will be required to present a government-issued identification (such as a driver’s license or a passport) and also show proof of residence or employment in the State of California. We will not administer a vaccine without this documentation, unless you are a SAC Health System patient.
